Three days in a row, five hours a day. Our booking system only shows the start day.
From never having held a graver to cutting clean lines you meant to cut.
Hand engraving is the difference between a piece that's nice and a piece that looks like an heirloom. Names, dates, patterns, borders. It's also one of the hardest things to teach yourself, because the whole thing depends on tool setup nobody explains on YouTube.
Who it's for
What we do differently We don't assume you know how to sharpen a graver or hold a tool. Those two things decide whether your cuts are clean or wobbly, so we start there and explain why, not just how.
What you'll learn
How the days go Day 1 is practice plates and muscle memory. Days 2 and 3 you engrave a ring band with your own patterns or personalization.
Do I need experience? No engraving experience needed. Basic metalsmithing helps but isn't required.
What it costs All tools, gravers, practice plates, and bench setup are included. You pay for your project metal at the end, copper, brass, or sterling, plus a graver if you want to take one home.
Spots are limited.
