Tools and Supplies:

We know stuff happens, but mostly you change your mind... Refunds on tools and supplies will only be given if the unused, new product is returned in original packaging within 30 days. No returns on silver and other metals.

Digital Products and Classes:

Due to this product's digital and instant nature, we cannot offer refunds. However, we want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase, so just reach out to us on info@bgoldenjewelryschool.com if you have any questions or need help with anything.

In-Person and Online Classes:

By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.

Scheduling

Double-Check: Please confirm the date and time of your chosen class before enrolling.

Missed Classes: We understand that things come up, but our cancellation policy still applies to missed classes.

Cancellation Policy

We keep our classes small, and cancellations impact everyone involved. To minimize disruption:

More than 7 days before class: Full refund minus 15% cancellation fee.

Within 7 days of class: Credit for a future class minus 15% cancellation fee.

Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund or credit.

Important Notes:

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

Class Credits: Must be used within 60 days of cancellation.

One Reschedule: You can reschedule a class once.

Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund.

Visiting Instructor and Virtual Workshop Policy

These classes require special consideration for our instructors:

More than 30 days before class: Refund minus 15% fee.

15-30 days before class: Refund minus 50% fee.

Less than 15 days before class: No refund or credit.

Emergencies Only: We may consider transferring you to a future class, depending on availability, minus a 15% transfer fee.

No-Shows: No refund or credit.
