Next Level Metalsmithing

You've got the fundamentals. Time to play with them.

This isn't a firehose of advanced technique. It's room to experiment with what you already know, plus a few new tools, so the pieces you make start looking more like you and less like an exercise.

Who it's for You've taken Full Day Metalsmithing or have similar experience, and you're ready for more freedom without being thrown in the deep end.

How it's different from Full Day Full Day teaches you the foundations. This is where you get to use them. You'll design your own pieces, try settings beyond the basic bezel, and push into detail work.

What you'll learn

  • Partial bezels and prong settings, for a different look
  • Sawing and piercing intricate designs into metal
  • Advanced soldering: multi-part pieces and cleaner joins
  • Texture through hammering and stamping
  • Taking an idea in your head and getting it into metal

We don't gatekeep. You get clear instruction, help when something goes sideways, and space to try things.

Do I need experience? Yes, some preferably. Full Day Metalsmithing or equivalent, meaning you're comfortable soldering and using hand tools.

What it costs Materials are added up at the end, usually $40 to $100 or more per piece. Bring your own silver and stones if you prefer.
