Cancellation Policy

We keep our classes small, and cancellations impact everyone involved. To minimize disruption:

More than 7 days before class: Full refund minus 15% cancellation fee.
Within 7 days of class: Credit for a future class minus 15% cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund or credit.

Important Notes:

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Class Credits: Must be used within 60 days of cancellation.
One Reschedule: You can reschedule a class once.
Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund.

While B Golden Jewelry School maintains a safe environment with trained instructors and well-maintained equipment, the student agrees not to hold the school liable for any personal accidents or injuries that may occur during a class or on the premises.
