Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing B Golden Jewelry School! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review these terms before registering for a class:
Scheduling
- Double-Check: Please confirm the date and time of your chosen class before enrolling.
- Missed Classes: We understand that things come up, but our cancellation policy still applies to missed classes.
Cancellation Policy
We keep our classes small, and cancellations impact everyone involved. To minimize disruption:
- More than 7 days before class: Full refund minus 15% cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days of class: Credit for a future class minus 15% cancellation fee.
- Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund or credit.
Important Notes:
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
- Class Credits: Must be used within 60 days of cancellation.
- One Reschedule: You can reschedule a class once.
- Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund.
Liability Waiver:
The student acknowledges that jewelry-making involves inherent risks of injury. While B Golden Jewelry School maintains a safe environment with trained instructors and well-maintained equipment, the student agrees not to hold the school liable for any personal accidents or injuries that may occur during a class or on the premises.
