The Lion Punch Forge Micro Saw has been designed for several other special operations such as:

• Polishing: (thrumming) Cotton twine with polishing compound applied
• Sanding: Packing tape backed sandpaper, abrasive cord, and abrasive tape (Emery cloth)
• Light Sawing, trimming, and saw blade filing. 
• Microscope friendly design

The Micro Saw should not be used like a full sized saw. If users attempt to use it as such they will likely be disappointed in the results. The Micro Saw has a shallow throat and should be thought  of as an accessory or specialty saw for the uses mentioned above.

Instructions for switching screw sides.

• Remove wing nuts and locking pads
• Unscrew the steel stud screw (3/32 allen head)
• Screw in the stud on the opposite side
• Re-install the pad and wing nut same as removed
